Shipping Policy

Overview We ship sleep products (mattress toppers, pillows, bedding, sleep accessories) to addresses in the United States and Canada. This policy explains processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, costs, tracking, and customs/duties.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, excluding public holidays.
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days for most in-stock items. Large or made-to-order items may take 3–7 business days; this will be indicated on the product page.
  • Orders placed or paid after 2:00 PM ET, weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods & carriers

  • Domestic (US): Standard Ground, Expedited (2–3 business days), and Overnight options via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) depending on address and item size.
  • Canada: Standard (3–10 business days) and Expedited (2–5 business days) via reputable carriers (FedEx, UPS, Canada Post). Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs processing.
  • Carrier selection is automatic based on cost, delivery speed, and parcel size; customers may request a preferred carrier at checkout but it may affect price and delivery time.

Delivery time estimates (after processing)

  • United States:
    • Standard: 3–7 business days
    • Expedited: 2–3 business days
    • Overnight: 1 business day
  • Canada:
    • Standard: 5–12 business days (may be longer for remote regions)
    • Expedited: 2–5 business days Note: These are estimates and not guaranteed. Transit times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping rates & free shipping

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service level.
  • Promotional or discounted shipping offers are subject to change and may exclude certain products.

Customs, duties & taxes

  • United States: No duties for domestic shipments. Orders shipped from outside the US may be subject to customs clearance and fees.
  • Canada: Cross-border orders may be subject to duties, taxes (GST/HST/PST), and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options, duties/taxes are prepaid at checkout where offered.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Tracking & notifications

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed when the order leaves our warehouse.
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor delivery. If tracking shows a delivery but you have not received the package, contact us immediately.

Delivery issues

  • Damaged items: Inspect shipments upon delivery. If an item is damaged, keep all packaging and photos of damage, then contact support within 7 days for instructions and to file a claim.
  • Missing or lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions are made case-by-case.
  • Incorrect address: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you — additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship.
